Robert L. Creason, CIC - President/Secretary - Bob graduated from Penn State University and started his insurance career with the INA. He left INA as a Senior Underwriter, and Casualty Product Line Supervisor for Workers Compensation. Before joining Christian Baker Co., he was the Director, Insurance Services for the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania, where he was responsible for their endorsed programs and malpractice trust. In his current position as President of Christian Baker, he is both an account representative on varied commercial accounts and a specialist in professional liability. Mr. Creason is an instructor for Errors and Omissions, and Ethics for the Independent Insurance Agents of Pa.; receiving their Education Award in 1998. Janetta R.Brenner - Janetta has been with Christian Baker Co. for 35 years. She started her insurance career at the Aetna Insurance Company in the accounting department. She manages the daily operations of the agency as well as the accounting procedures. When the Agency administered a statewide Lawyers Professional Liability program she was the underwriter for that program, working with Independent Insurance Agents statewide. Donald R. Kingsbury, CPCU - Vice President/ Treasurer - Mr. Kingsbury brings to his clients a unique and very broad insurance perspective. James D. Pace, CIC - Vice President - Jim came to Christian-Baker Co. on January 1st. 1989 after working as an insurance agent in Marysville for 8 years. He started in the insurance business working with Life Insurance. He began selling auto and homeowners insurance and then quickly moved to commercial coverage. Alan W. Gallagher, CES, CBC - Benefits Consultant; Personal Products Producer - Mr. Gallagher began his career in insurance as a self- employed, independent insurance agent initially concentrating on the sale of Voluntary Employee Benefits. Alan then expanded his portfolio of products and services to include group health insurance; and other employer paid benefits such as dental, vision, life, and disability insurances. Alan joined CBC four years ago to manage its Life & Health Division, concentrating on helping the employer (group) market segment control the cost of employee benefits, while searching for cost effective ways to improve benefit plans. Stephen D. Swineford - Steve is a graduate of Shippensburg University and began his insurance career in 1992 with Liberty Mutual.
